Anime Metaverse (AM) is a blockchain-based publishing and licensing company dedicated to acquiring anime and manga intellectual property (IP) to develop them as blockchain-based assets in the web3 environment. Its vision is to create a decentralized anime content production platform within web3, empowering anime fans to actively participate in content creation. With AM, fans can contribute to the development of their favorite anime, whether it's in terms of storyline or character development, and be acknowledged for their involvement. They aim to provide anime enthusiasts with a platform where they can have a voice and a deeper engagement in the production of anime content.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work for the Anime Metaverse project was to upgrade the arts and metadata of Supernova. It involved three distinct phases. In the first phase, we revamped the backgrounds to enhance the visual appeal and immersion of the anime content. The second phase focused on revamping Rikka. Finally, in the third phase, we revamped the common characters. We enhanced the overall quality and aesthetic of the anime assets, providing anime enthusiasts with an immersive and visually stunning experience within the web3 environment.

Our Solution

We improved the overall quality and aesthetic of the anime assets within the web3 environment. The upgraded assets, represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), allow fans to engage with unique and exclusive content while having the assurance of ownership and authenticity on the blockchain. We provided a range of services to upgrade the arts and metadata of Supernova. Here are the key aspects of our solution:

  • Revamped the anime content by updating its backgrounds.
  • Rikka Revamp elevates her design, making her more visually striking and appealing to the audience. 
  • Common Character Revamp to ensure each one receives attention to detail and refinement. 
  • JavaScript Algorithm to produce a unique and randomized output, adding an element of surprise and exclusivity to the anime assets.
  • NFTs to represent and authenticate the upgraded anime assets. Each artwork and character revamp is associated with a unique NFT, ensuring its authenticity and ownership on the blockchain.
  • Leveraged Node.js as the runtime environment for our JavaScript algorithm. 
  • Utilized Solidity, a programming language for smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain, to implement the NFT functionality and ensure the secure and transparent ownership of the upgraded anime assets.
