- Design and develop a comprehensive chatbot that includes third-party integration to facilitate financial services for end users.
- Create a merchant web application with functionalities similar to those of the WhatsApp chatbot.
- Design and develop an admin panel that enables users to monitor their transactions effectively.
Solution
Working with Oodles, our client introduced a Stellar-powered WhatsApp-based digital wallet to bring together many financial services. The wallet includes an admin panel for managing and tracking user transactions. We have also successfully integrated this end-to-end system with Twilio for a robust platform. Additionally, we have designed and developed a merchant web application with features similar to WhatsApp chatbot.

Outcome
The solution brought significant revenue growth to our client as a large number of users including merchants joined the network to use the services offered. During the initial phase, they were able to drive 5000+ user registrations and merchant enrolment.
